1. What kind of images can I upload?
You can upload most common image formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, HEIC, and HEIF. For best results, please upload high-resolution images.
2. What is the difference between "Bespoke Oil Painting" and "High-Quality Canvas Print (Giclée)"?
- Bespoke Oil Painting: This is a unique, original oil painting hand-created by a skilled artist specifically for you based on your uploaded image. It offers authentic texture and artistic interpretation.
- High-Quality Canvas Print (Giclée): This is a premium reproduction of your image, printed directly onto canvas using advanced giclée printing technology. It captures the visual essence of an oil painting with excellent color fidelity and detail, offering a more affordable option.
3. How is the price calculated?
The price depends on several factors:
- Painting Type: Bespoke oil paintings are priced based on the painting type (portrait: $40/sq ft, landscape: $20/sq ft, abstract: $15/sq ft, general(when CLIP_AIModel cannot identify your photo type): $30/sq ft) and size. Canvas prints have a flat rate of $10 per square foot.
- Size: The dimensions of your painting in square feet.
- Frame: The type of frame you choose (if any) adds to the total cost based on its price per linear foot.
- Shipping: Calculated based on your country and the weight of the finished product.
- Discount: You can get a 5% discount by agreeing to showcase your photo and painting on our gallery page. And, You can get a 10% discount by leaving a review and this discount code can be shared and only for one-time use.
4. How long does it take to produce my painting/print?
- Bespoke Oil Painting:
- For paintings >= 4 sq ft: Approximately 16 days.
- For paintings < 4 sq ft: Approximately 8 days.
- High-Quality Canvas Print (Giclée): Approximately 3 days.
These times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
6. What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a significant discrepancy between the physical product and the approved design proof, or if the item is damaged during transit.
