We are committed to delivering your custom oil painting to you safely and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Production Time

  • Bespoke Oil Painting:
    • For paintings >= 4 sq ft: Production Time: 12 days
    • For paintings < 4 sq ft: Production Time: 8 days
  • High-Quality Canvas Print (Giclée): Production Time: 3 days

Please note that these are estimated production times. Actual times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the artwork and current order volume.

Shipping Methods & Times

We partner with YunExpress to provide reliable shipping services. During the checkout process, you will be presented with available shipping options and estimated delivery times based on your location and the weight of your order.

Our most commonly used and cost-effective service is the THPHR dedicated line.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of your painting (including the frame, if selected). You can view the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Packaging

All paintings are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Framed Paintings: Will be securely packaged with protective materials in a sturdy box.
  • Unframed Paintings: Will be rolled and shipped in a protective tube to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
